McKnight Builders and Holme Bakery

We have recently refurbished our bakery at 52 Denton Street to give a new fresh look and to include a new cafe area seating 15 people. The works included the repositioning of the kitchen and storage area. We are now able to cater for buffets celebration cakes and a large variety of takeaway foods as well as an eat in menu.

Stanley Hall

At the beginning of January 2011 we purchased Stanley Hall on Botchergate in Carlisle and at present we are in the process of renewing the existing shop fronts to be in character with the original building. This has involved the manufacture and machining of new frames and doors in wood.
The upstairs of the original building was 15 small flats and we are at present converting them to student accommodation for 25 students. This includes the reforming of the internal walls to form new kitchens and bathrooms and shared area's. We will install a new door entry system and the students will have internet access throughout the building.

John Johnston Court

We have just completed the refurbishment of John Johnston Court in Harraby for low cost housing. The refurbishment has included new kitchens, bathrooms, and heating and upgraded security on the building.

Phase Three John Robert Gardens

We are pleased to announce the completion of Phase Three of John Robert Gardens which includes the build of three luxury apartments for rental completed to a high spec. The full estate is now completed and consists of 30 apartments in the original block and 8 houses and the three luxury apartments.
